LGBT+ Adventurers
For people who are part of the LGBT+ community, you have a bit more to think about when choosing your location. Unsurprisingly, some countries are less accepting than others. Africa and the Middle East tend to have societies less open to LGBT+ individuals, though more surprisingly, plenty of islands are also not too inclusive compared to other places. So, if you were hoping for a tropical vacation in Barbados, The Maldives, Soloman Islands, Papua New Guinea, St Lucia or Kiribati, you might want to reconsider. Some alternatives which also provide a large range of climates and cultures, are Iceland, Guam, Cuba, Sweden, Netherlands, Malta, Spain, Switzerland, New Zealand, South Africa, Ireland, Colombia, and Israel. Israel is not known for being very inclusive but, within the Middle East, it is by far the most inclusive country in the area. Despite all this, you may still be unsure of where you want to go.
