Letter From The Editor

Welcome to my magazine "Adventurers", a guide for travel.

Travel can be a lot of things, for example, when I was younger, I thought that I would never be a fan of leaving my home. Turns out that was simply social anxiety and I actually really enjoy going out and adventuring the world, as long as I'm alone. Honesty, I’ve never once doubted the fact I enjoy learning new things though it took a while for me to realize that camping could be a method of such and not just a chore my parents forced me to when they wanted a vacation from their work.

Some people are unaware of all the different ways you can travel and since they dislike a certain type of travel, they generalize all travel as uninteresting and a waste of time. You really have to find the type that is most interesting to you and my hope is that this website will inspire somebody to do research on travel and stumble upon the type that suits them best. I personally love when I go out and just explore with no limitations, just adventuring. That’s why I named the website “Adventurers”.

I first got the idea of this website when I heard somebody mention that LGBT folk have more to worry about than others when it came to travel. It was not something I had considered before and could’ve caused a terrible vacation if I, or anybody else in the community, chose the wrong location. I realized similar things could happen to people in a wide range of topics, if you forget to take into account an aspect of your trip, it could ruin the whole experience. I made this website so people will be able to know what to look for before leaving as to avoid sabotaging their own enjoyment.

If you look in the article on this magazine you will see me mention things like cost, climate, The World Happiness Report, and LGBT acceptance in different countries. I went over different statistics so people could learn more, however if you see something mentioned in the article that you have not thought about before and are curious about, I highly encourage you to do your own research. I learned a lot while doing research for the article though you might end up noticing something I didn’t while you’re exploring the topic on your own. By the way, if you’re planning to go to a place that speaks a different language, we have an advertisement on the magazine for “TransSpeak”

I wish you the best of luck on your travels, adventurer, and I thank you for reading.
